Item arrived promptly after internet order. The replacement had an on and off switch. An improvement on the previous model. I have been the Waterpik unit for a number of years. My current unit my second unit is a replacement for my first unit
The Ultra Hose Plus seems to be more
efficient than the previous. My recent dental check up and clean resulted in praise from my dentist who remarked that my gums and teeth were well looked after. At age 83 I still have my own teeth.
Due to the proper cleaning by my Waterpik. Thank you.

I have just recently replaced this part, it’s now working like new. It was cheaper to buy parts than a new machine.
